Let’s get
it sorted.

Bricklayers, MB is the company behind Bricklayers Apps and Closer Look. If you think a payment is connected to one of our apps, contact us and we’ll help identify it and explain what it’s for.

Don’t recognise a payment, or believe it wasn’t authorised? Email our support team so we can investigate.

Email help@bricklayersapps.com with the email address you used for your purchase and the app name. Tell us whether you want to cancel or need help with your plan. We’ll help locate the subscription and confirm the next steps.

Yes. Send your order ID or receipt and a short explanation to our support team. We’ll review your request, explain the available options and help you through the process.

Tell us what happened, which app you’re using, and your device or browser. A screenshot and the steps that led to the issue can help us understand it. Please hide any sensitive information before sending.

For account access, data questions or a deletion request, contact our support team and include the relevant app and account email. Bricklayers, MB will handle your request and explain any steps needed to verify it.
